- How long does it take to have a web site designed? After we have received the content for the site, understand the purpose of the site, and have determined any special requirements for the site, we will begin the design process. Normally it takes about 7-10 working days to develop some designs for you to review and select from.

- Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting? Yes, you can use any web host you like. Once your website has been completed you will have to provide us with your web hosting ftp login username as password so that we can upload your website for you.
- I am currently hosted with another company and would like to use you hosting. How do I do this? Just contact us and let us know. We will take care of everything else. We will quickly transfer your domain name along with all of your existing web site content.
- What is site maintenance? Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Maintenacne can include the modification and addition of website content, image manipulation and addition (client supplied images), newsletter & email list maintenance, shopping cart product updates, update announcements, articles, etc, replace images i.e. pictures & graphics, adding/removing pages, PDF creation and uploading
